Founded in August 2010, the Bahrain Property Development Association (BaPDA) is the first of its kind in Bahrain, and has already initiated, in the short period of its existence, efforts towards forming amicable business ties among the members, and providing a platform for them to communicate with governmental and non-governmental agencies thereby increasing the efficiency, productivity and quality of the industry.

Welcoming the new member organization, Mr. Aaref Hejres, Chairman of the Board of BaPDA said, "Reef - Real Estate Finance Co BSC has commenced full operations in May 2006, with the primary focus of creating complete real estate and mortgage finance solutions for new and existing property owners.it believes in providing choices and solutions like we do in BaPDA ,with the aim to create a self-sustaining business; where the group of partners and alliances from within the real estate sector, in order to provide a single touch-point for access to an extended portfolio of real estate services from property search, to construction, and financing of both personal and investment opportunities. With such an experience to share with BaPDA and its members we consider Reef - Real Estate Finance Co BSC as an added asset to us."

In the occasion Mr. Mahmood Al Koofi CEO of Reef - Real Estate Finance Co BSC has expressed his pleasure in being part of this association and said: "Our business model supports choice and catalyzes sustainable growth and prosperity sharing through targeted funding and cross sector expansion.
