Kyle Parks & Recreation
by KERRY URBANOWICZ

You don?t have to leave town to find quality fitness programs in Kyle. You simply have to come downtown. We have fitness classes for all ages and levels of intensity with very affordable fees. Your Kyle Parks and Recreation Department and Live Well Fitness have teamed up to offer you a new fitness schedule.

The new and exciting schedule is full of classes that will provide fitness opportunities six days a week.?The programs are continuous, so even the ones that are in session allow new participants to join right in. Classes include SalsaFit, BootCamp, CoreFit/Pilates and SeniorFit. We continue to offer the popular classes that have given Kyle Fitness its great reputation.?Our instructors are well trained and certified through the Aerobics Fitness Association of America.

New to our lineup this year is SalsaFit.?This class delivers a whole-body beat-driven workout, fusing elements of Latin, Caribbean and World music.?SalsaFit will help you improve flexibility, tighten your body, and shed excess body fat.?We complete this total body workout with an abs/back workout, as well as a cool-down to help stretch and lengthen the muscles, leaving you feeling refreshed.

All fitness classes run on a month-to-month basis, no contract is needed.?Payments are due on the first of the month and you can enroll at any time.?Cost is $60 for two days a week, $90 for three days a week or $120 for unlimited classes (seniors age 55 and over get a discount of $5). For a schedule of classes please visit our website at www.kylepard.com or contact Deidre Flores, Kyle PARD Recreation Manager, at 512-262-3939.
