It is recommended that you play or are familiar with Aksys Games' "999: 9 Hours, 9 Persons, 9 Doors" before joining this roleplay, though the rules can be explained if need be. If you haven't finished the game, you may want to consider doing so before joining this, as I cannot guarantee that spoilers will not be discussed or mentioned.

You awake in a room that appears to be a cabin in a ship. You have no memory of how you came to be there or why you are there. All that you know is that you are trapped in this room, water is flooding in, and you need to escape! Your left wrist has a strange-looking bracelet with a number on it, that matches the number crudely painted on the only door in the room. The room is filling with water, and you must

Please submit a character with the following form (modified from the one in the library by .dot):

act i. The Profile
Full Name: (The name given at the time of your character's birth!)
Alias: (The name your character goes by now! You should go back and edit this later.)

Equipment: (The equipment your character has in their pocket[s]!)

Accessories: (An odd trinket, perhaps?)

act iv. The Dossier
Likes: (What your character likes!)
Dislikes: (What your character dislikes!)
Attitude: (Rude and stubborn or brash and valiant?)
Habit/Twitch: (Odd quirks or habits that define your character!)
Quote: (Either a quote that fits or perhaps something your character may say! [optional])

Your number will be chosen by a random generator (thank you to http://deadend999.tumblr.com for this idea). I will not assign numbers with a bias. Nicknames are fine, but that will more likely come once the game starts.
A picture is not required, but either way, please describe your character physically.
Even if we already have the full nine players, you may submit a character for consideration in case an additional role is required or an existing one must be replaced.

Additional notes: This is set in a realistic, if not somewhat science-fictional universe. The game, as many of you are aware, is rated M, so be prepared for the content that comes with that.

Also, this is kind of a bad thing for me to say here, but this is my first roleplay that I have moderated. Please be patient with me, and let me know if you have any suggestions. They are much appreciated.
